Rush handling adds 40% to the line it is applied to and halves the turnaround. It appears as its own separately stated, separately priced line on your invoice — we never blend a multi-service order into a single figure.

Rights

What you get, and what we can't promise

Most studios are vague here. We would rather you read the exact position before you buy.

What you get

  • We assign to you all right, title and interest we hold or may hold in the deliverable.
  • We covenant not to assert any rights we may hold in the deliverable against you.
  • We contractually promise not to resell or reuse the specific deliverable produced for you.
  • Source files and modification rights are included with every order.
  • Trademarks are different: trademark rights arise from use in commerce, so a mark you actually use in commerce can accrue rights to you independently of any of the above.

What we can't promise

  • We do not say you will "own the copyright" in the deliverable. United States copyright law requires human authorship, and material generated with AI assistance may not be protectable at all.
  • We do not represent that the work is "100% original", "guaranteed non-infringing", "copyright-cleared", "work made for hire", or "registrable".
  • We make no earnings, results or performance claims about what this work will do for your business.

Payment and refunds

  • One-off orders of $500 or less are paid in full up front.
  • One-off orders above $500 are 50% deposit and 50% on delivery.
  • Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance.
  • Production does not start before the deposit has cleared.

Deposits are refundable in full until production begins. Once production has begun, fees paid are non-refundable, but every order carries the revision rounds stated in its plan or pack, and we will re-cut a deliverable that fails our own delivery gate at no charge. If we cannot deliver an order at all, we refund it in full.
