Where AI is used
We use commercial AI image, video and language tooling as part of production, alongside human direction, editing, art direction and review. A human sets the brief, a human directs the output, and a human reviews every file before it is delivered. No order leaves the studio without human review.
Your materials are not training data
We use commercial tiers configured with model training disabled wherever the tool offers that setting, and we record that setting per deliverable in our rights ledger. The optional permission to retain your brief and work for internal style templates and quality benchmarks expressly excludes training any AI model.
The rights ledger
For every deliverable we record the tool used, the commercial tier, whether training was disabled, whether the tier permits commercial resale, and the specific music and voice licences relied on with the date each licence was active. If you ever need to show provenance for a file we produced, that record exists.
The delivery gate
Before any file is delivered it passes a nine-point Stage-1 review. Anything flagged escalates to a Stage-2 human review that can approve, request revision, or block:
- Watermark or provider mark present
- Third-party trademark visible
- Real, identifiable person depicted
- Recognisable protected work reproduced
- Synthetic performer used
- Reads as a testimonial or endorsement
- Contains a claim needing substantiation
- Drifted into a prohibited category
- Provenance metadata intact
Synthetic people and real people
Where a deliverable depicts a real, identifiable person, a signed written release is required before production begins, and the order system enforces it. Where a synthetic performer is used, that is recorded at the gate and disclosed to you. We do not produce content presenting a synthetic figure as a real customer, patient, or endorser.
What you get, and what we can't promise
- We assign to you all right, title and interest we hold or may hold in the deliverable.
- We covenant not to assert any rights we may hold in the deliverable against you.
- We contractually promise not to resell or reuse the specific deliverable produced for you.
- Source files and modification rights are included with every order.
- Trademarks are different: trademark rights arise from use in commerce, so a mark you actually use in commerce can accrue rights to you independently of any of the above.
What we will not claim:
- We do not say you will "own the copyright" in the deliverable. United States copyright law requires human authorship, and material generated with AI assistance may not be protectable at all.
- We do not represent that the work is "100% original", "guaranteed non-infringing", "copyright-cleared", "work made for hire", or "registrable".
- We make no earnings, results or performance claims about what this work will do for your business.
