Privacy Policy

Effective August 1, 2026. Policy version 2026.1.

Who this covers

This policy applies to gtvsgroup.com and to GTVS Studio orders. We do not knowingly serve clients located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, and our intake blocks those locations.

Categories of personally identifiable information we collect

  • Identifiers: name, business name, email address, telephone number, country of location.
  • Commercial information: the services you order, order history, order value, invoice records, and payment status (we never receive or store card numbers).
  • Content you supply: creative briefs, brand assets, reference material, copy, scripts, and any files you upload, including signed likeness releases.
  • Consent records: which permissions you granted or declined, the exact wording shown to you at the time, the policy version, and the timestamp.
  • Account and technical data: for team accounts, authentication data; and standard server log data such as IP address and request time.

How we use it

To qualify, produce, review, deliver and invoice your order; to communicate with you about that order; to keep the compliance records our own delivery gate requires; and to meet tax and accounting obligations. Anything beyond delivering your service is governed by the separate, optional permissions you were shown at intake:

  • I permit Global Tech Venture Services (GTVS Studio) to process my materials to deliver the service I am ordering. Required.
  • I permit GTVS Studio to retain my brief and the work produced for me in order to build internal style templates and quality benchmarks. This expressly EXCLUDES training any AI model on my materials. Retention period is 24 months, and I may withdraw this permission at any time. Optional.
  • I permit GTVS Studio to display the work produced for me publicly as a portfolio piece, using my business name and logo. Optional.

We do not train AI models on your materials, and we do not sell personal information. Permissions are never added retroactively: if we ever want to use your information in a new way, we ask you again, in advance.

Categories of third parties we share information with

  • Payment processing: Stripe, which processes your payment and holds the card data we never see.
  • Hosting and database infrastructure: our application hosting and managed database providers, which store order and brief data on our behalf.
  • Static site hosting: Cloudflare, where landing pages we produce for you are deployed.
  • Email delivery: our transactional email provider, for order notifications.
  • Creative production tooling: the AI and design tools recorded in the rights ledger for your order, configured with model training disabled wherever the tool offers that setting.
  • Professional advisors and authorities: our accountants and counsel, and any party we are legally required to disclose to.

Do third parties collect personally identifiable information across sites?

No. We do not run third-party advertising networks, behavioural advertising trackers, or cross-site analytics on this site. No third party collects personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you visit gtvsgroup.com.

Our response to Do Not Track signals

Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because we do not track visitors across third-party websites at all, our behaviour is the same whether or not a DNT signal is present: we honour it by default, and we do not change what we collect based on the signal.

How to review or change your information

Email us at privacy@gtvsgroup.com from the address on your order. We will confirm your identity, then provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, withdraw an optional permission, or delete records we are not required to retain — normally within thirty days. You may withdraw the improvement permission or the portfolio permission at any time without affecting your order. You may also ask to be added to our suppression list so we do not contact you again.

Retention

Order, invoice and consent records are retained for as long as required for tax and legal purposes. Briefs and work retained under the optional improvement permission are kept for twenty-four months from the date of the order, then deleted.

How we notify material changes

When we make a material change to this policy, we update the effective date and policy version at the top of this page, post a notice on this page for at least thirty days, and email the address on file for every client with an active order or plan at least fourteen days before the change takes effect. Material changes are never applied retroactively to information already collected under an earlier version.
